Ways to Help

Here are some ways we will need volunteers the night of the concert:

1. Making sure catering is set up in rooms and performers have what they need.
2. Making sure performers get to their holding room, to the stage on time, or for any other needs that might pop up (a floater/runner).
3. A couple to work the ornament table.
4. A couple to encourage people to visit the photo backdrop.
5. I believe that we said that the Judson Choir members will do the collection of funds for Food for Greater Elgin during the performance, correct? So we do not need volunteers there.
6. A couple greeters, just welcoming and thanking people for coming.
