Before the night of the concert we need help hanging small posters at businesses in and around Elgin.

The night of the concert:

1. Help getting pizza & drinks set up for the performers.
2. Making sure performers get through the rehearsal and to the stage on time, or for any other needs that might pop up (a floater/runner).
3. A couple greeters, directing folks to the ticket window, and finding their seats.
4. We might need help passing collection baskets for our charity and counting the collections.
5. Helping our charity after the concert.
6. Helping collect the scores after the concert.
